i smile as i take in the glow-in-the dark stars on my ceiling. chris cornell is the only voice i hear, headphones in ears on my bed. the glow of the stars are the only form of light in the cold room. except for the occasional times when a car would drive through the back lane of my room, headlights bouncing against the walls and casting eerie shadows that make me hide further beneath the folds of my quilt. no, that’s not the kind of light i like. the glow of the stars however, not too bright and ever so gentle to the eye and not too dark for me to be left in the darkness.

but nothing lasts forever does it? my smile begins to fade with the glow of the stars. almost as if giving up its light and allowing itself to slowly be drowned by the darkness that eagerly surrounds it. and soon the inevitable happens. im in the dark. and i don’t like it. i will myself to close my eyes but that fills me with- if possible, a greater darkness.

that’s when my phone lights up, chasing away the darkness. and i break into a smile when i see who the message is from.

went to midvalley yesterday and all i have to say is, dun EVER go out in such a big group. i was still in the car at 11.50 am and they got tickets for the 12 pm show -.-

anyways casino royale was nice :) the whole time yoe n i – whilst huddled up together in wx’s jacket cos the cinema was friggin cold, were commenting on how much pierce brosnan’s a way hotter james bond than daniel craig.

i love the chases. and was lmao at the beginning when daniel was chasing the other dude at the construction site and the other dude kinda sliiiides through this narrow window… so sleek! and daniel? oh he crashed through the frigging wall lol!

after lunch we went around shopping and i finally finally got myself the panic! at the disco album before this, i’ve been searching everyfriggingwhere for that cd. and when i finally saw it for the first time in genting there was this huge crack on the back cover -.- then yesterday, after getting it from rock corner it just appeared everywhere i went. like mph. HOW SAD IS THAT!? its a bookstore!

you know that feeling you get at the end of a school year, when you’re mixed with feelings of happiness, sadness, excitement impossibly yet possibly rolled into one?

you’re happy cause hey, holidays are here. and wasnt this the day most of us crossed off our calenders,wished n prayed would come? no more annoying classmates, unless they end up in the same class the next year as well. holidays’ always welcoming and you could pretty much picture a plane whisking off to some island with you in it.

and then the sad sad reality hits you. memories of the fun times you shared with your equally fun or if possible, fun-er classmates, and its just left at that. memories. that girl you never really got to talk to and never will since you’re in different classes now. crazy people who make all the difference in class. all the totally and not so different personalities fused into a single classroom, stuck for a whole year and whaddya know, u’ve got one heck of an amazing group :) thats gamma.

yup thats how im feeling right now. that’s how i felt when aiman called me up from school and told me im in beta next year.

truth is, im really bummed by the fact gamma’s gonna be no more. and this has been such an amazing year which to me, was because of all the 36 people in 4 gamma.
