mc crap

felt like mc donalds for dinner and since both my parents were out, i tried recalling the annoying “1300-13-1300 mc delivery” song. after going through the machine (apparently they record all phone calls to listen to later on for service improvement) this guy picked up the phone, “is this your first time calling?” so i said yes lor. because it was.

i was feeling pretty cheery at the time because harry got the hufflepuff horcrux from the gringotts vault so when the guy asked if he could put me on hold because there was some problem he had to fix i was like, sure. and before i know it, the mc delivery song was playing -.- after a while, he got back and asked me the same question. “is this your first time calling?” and then he asked me for my number and address. after which he put me on hold again. mc delivery was back this time in malay oh joy.

he gets back and then says “so, you live in kl?” what kinda friggin stupid question is that didn’t i just give my address!? so i replied with an exasperated YES la. and guess what happens next.

yeah, mc delivery song argh!! i was pretty pissed off ady lor at the time, i mean i was on the phone for like 10 minutes already and i’ve yet to even place my order. when he gets back,

“i’m sorry but we’ve got too many orders right now can you try calling back in an hour?” 

unbelievable. it took alot from me not to just slam down the phone ok.

i called dominoes after that and their service is top notch. no holds at all and my pizza was on the dining table way before the designated time. a friend of mine told me that his mcd delivery came an hour after his order and that was after multiple calls to the manager. i hope the management listens to that recorded order because they’ve got a WHOLE lot of improvement to do. and this recent 24 hour thing they’ve decided to throw in? i say improve on your current service before venturing into anything else.

and i don’t care that mc dreamy took after mc donalds! T.T okay liverpool vs man utd match to watch now mwahaha buhbyes
