i love pancakes, don’t you? :) they make the perfect breakfast, unless i’m in the mood for scrambled eggs instead. all it needs is a douse of maple syrup and it’s good to go! i also love all-day-breakfast menus. i honestly think all restaurants with a breakfast selection should not limit the hours they serve em because most of the time, people (like me. especially me) totally miss it! only available until 11 am grr.

so the other day i was at the supermarket and i saw this pancake mix in this handy container. all that’s required was for me to remove the cap, add the instructed amount of water, close cap, mix and cook. sounds easy enough for anyone, even a hopeless cook like me right?
